2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about our Services, browse open opportunities, submit an application, request talent, or contact our team. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party’s use of it.

• You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
• You will not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful content.
• You will not scrape, harvest, or reproduce Site content without written permission.

3. Staffing & Placement Services

Get Linked Up provides direct hire, contract, contract-to-hire, executive search, and recruitment process outsourcing (“RPO”) services to employers. We present qualified candidates we reasonably believe are a fit based on an employer’s stated needs. We do not guarantee that any particular candidate will accept an offer, remain employed for any specific length of time, or produce any specific result for an employer.

4. Employer Engagements and Fees

Fee agreements with employer clients are governed by a separate written Service Agreement signed by both parties. That agreement controls placement fees, replacement guarantees, payment terms, and exclusivity. In the absence of a countersigned Service Agreement, these Terms do not create a fee obligation on either party.

Standard industry practice applies to replacement guarantees for direct hires and conversion terms for contract-to-hire placements. Specifics are documented on a per-engagement basis.

5. Candidate Rights & Representations

If you submit a resume or apply through our Site, you represent that the information you provide is truthful, current, and your own work. You grant Get Linked Up the right to share your information with prospective employers we reasonably believe are a fit for your background, unless you explicitly request confidentiality in writing. You may withdraw from active recruiting consideration at any time by emailing info@getlinkedup.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Get Linked Up or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without prior written permission.

7. No Warranty

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” GET LINKED UP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any candidate placement will produce a specific outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Linked Up’s total liability to any party for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the fees paid to Get Linked Up by that party in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, punitive, or special damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get Linked Up, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your engagement with candidates or employers introduced through our Services in a manner inconsistent with your separate Service Agreement.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. The parties waive any objection to jurisdiction or venue in those courts.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without cause. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law) shall continue in force.
